Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through market research, lead generation, and networking.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct client needs assessments to understand their software validation and testing requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the value proposition of our software validation and testing services.
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to develop tailored proposals and solutions based on client needs.
  • Present proposals to clients and address any inquiries or concerns.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms align with company policies and client expectations.
  • Work closely with legal and management teams to finalize agreements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in software validation and testing.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the CQV, software validation, and software automation in regulated industries like pharma.
  • Understanding of software automation, validation, QC, and quality consultation services and products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Education and Training:

  • Degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an asset.
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device environment.
  • PMP certification is an asset.
